Brian Bonar is a Scottish entrepreneur who decided to purchase a restaurant in North County called Ponsaty’s. Bonar renamed the establishment Bellamy’s and hired Mike Reidy as the executive chef. The restaurant features copper brown walls, smooth jazz paintings and incredibly plush seats. The look he achieved is modern chic.
The food is delightful and the corn soup and parsley-cream risotto received amazing reviews. The bistro even serves mille-feuille, beet salad, goat cheese tarts, mushroom ravioli and heirloom tomato salads. The servers describe the dishes in enthusiastic detail. The duck is served in a marmalade made of peaches and onions with just a touch of Szechuan gastrique heat. The saffron panna cotta comes with a madeleine of warm sugar dust and orange zest making it the perfect dessert. Bellamy’s is developing a reputation for serving some of the best food available in San Diego.
According to Bloomberg, Brian Bonar is a successful executive in finances and a popular businessman. He is the head of Trucept, Incorporated and has an extensive background in business leadership. He has been a leader in numerous companies including the Dalrada Financial Corporation.
Part of Brian Bonar’s success can be attributed to his background in finances. He has the ability to construct a business structure that works incredibly well. Brian attended the James Watt Technical College where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in his chosen field of Technical Engineering.
